  • Plans automatically renew unless canceled in writing at least 30 days before renewal
  • Discounts apply only to services explicitly covered in your plan documentation
  • Service frequency is based on the specific plan tier (Essential, Guardian, or Elite)

5. Warranties and Guarantees

  • Repair and installation services include a standard warranty as detailed in your service agreement
  • Warranty coverage may vary depending on the specific service provided
  • Regular maintenance according to recommended schedules is required to maintain warranty coverage
  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow usage guidelines

6. Property Access and Condition

By scheduling our services, you:

  • Grant us permission to access relevant areas of your property to perform the requested services
  • Acknowledge that septic service may require excavation or disturbance of landscaping
